Desert Mountain is an 8,000 acre residential golf community located in the verdant Sonoran Desert landscape of North Scottsdale with elevations of 2,400-4,500 feet. Desert Mountain offers six Jack Nicklaus designed championship courses plus a state-of-the-art Spa and Fitness Center, lap pool, and family pool. Members have a choice of grass, clay or hard surface tennis courts. Fine and casual dining is offered at six distinctive clubhouses.

An 80% equity membership valued at $325,000 is included in the price of many homesites that range from $400,000 to $3,000,000+ and most homes which range from $700,000 to $7,000,000+. Monthly membership dues are $665.
